SECTOR OF THE TECHNIQUE
The invention referred to in this patent is a removable joint system for metal profiles, specifically Type I and H. It covers various sectors of the industry, such as construction, where removable joints are necessary and Reconfigurable steel structures.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At present, the unions of steel structures have a great importance in the projects of metallic constructions, since the need arises to link profiles to achieve structures of greater complexity. The most commonly used joints for this purpose are welding and classic hardware, although they have certain drawbacks.
In welding, the joints that are formed are permanent or difficult to separate, so trying to reconfigure the structure would not be viable, since the materials used would deform or break. In the case of bolted joints the problem is another. Bolted fasteners can be fixed or removable, but prior preparation of the elements to be joined is required.
To avoid this type of setbacks and to achieve a completely reconfigurable assembly, the fixing clips are used, which allow more flexible joints and many times without the need for prior preparation of the profiles.
At present, the use of fixing clips is not extended, even though there are already removable joining systems for metal profiles in I or H with this type of fixing elements, such as ES2540164 or ES2432915, which prevent the prior preparation of the profiles and allow the adaptation of the joining elements to different sizes and types of profiles (IPE, IPN, HES, HEM or HEA).
For the specific case of joining a beam through its wings with the soul of a pillar, a system that does not require the prior preparation of the profiles to be joined, that is completely reconfigurable and removable, and that adapts to various aspects is still unknown. sizes and types of profiles.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
What is intended with this invention is to propose a solution to the problems mentioned above. The support in question (Figure 1), is formed by a vertical plate (1), a horizontal plate (2), and a bracket (3), which reinforces the union of the two previous ones, thus avoiding a possible deformation or breakage of the piece.
Both the vertical plate (1) and the horizontal plate (2) have torn ones (4) which, by means of the use of fixing clips (7, see Figure 7) and their corresponding screw (8), washer (10) and nut ( 9) allow the adaptation of the joining system to different sizes and sizes of standard profiles type I and H (Figure 9).
In addition, the vertical plate (1) has two perforated projections (5) located on the tears (4) of the vertical plate (1). They will introduce some approach screws (6, see Figure 5), whose functions are the complete adjustment of the system to the pillar and allow the transmission of the bending moment from the beam to the pillar.
The complete joint system (Figure 2) that resolves the knot between beam wings (11) and pillar core (12) consists of two pieces such as those described above and their symmetric ones. For the correct fastening of the profiles with the parts, it is necessary to use fixing clips (7), as well as their screws (8), nuts (9) and washers
(10) corresponding.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
To carry out the assembly of the parts and profiles, the process will be detailed, following the numbering adopted in the figures described above.
In the first place, the two supports are placed at the bottom of the node to be made on the pillar (12), taking into account the height at which the beam (11) is to be placed, and they are fixed using the fixing clips ( 7, see Figure 6). In addition, the approach screws (6) are inserted into the perforated projections and tightened.
Next, the beam (11) is placed on the already fixed supports and it is secured with its corresponding fixing clips (7, see Figure 7) and its corresponding screws (8), flat washer (10) and nut (9 ), thus adjusting to the size of the beam used.
Finally, the joint system is completed by placing two supports at the top and mooring them in the same way as those placed at the bottom (see Figure 8).
